My mission is to provide safe, therapeutic massage in a warm, comfortable setting. ~ I work from my home in the Wedgwood neighborhood of Seattle and have a cozy, comfortable, separate room dedicated to massage. ~ My practice is intuitive and eclectic — each session is tailored to your specific needs. My strengths lie in Deep Tissue massage and injury treatment.

As a trained doula, I serve as an emotional support for the laboring mother and/or her partner. I encourage mother to make her needs known and to ask appropriate questions throughout the birthing process. I provide informational resources and comfort measures as well as support/relief for partner while encouraging partner to have an active role in the birth.
